For a quote request: name, company, phone number, email address, address and location of the premises, details about the premises, your message and any photos you upload. Technical data: date and time of the visit, page viewed, language, device type and traffic source.

We use this data solely to handle your request, prepare a quote and communicate with you about it — on the basis of your consent and of steps taken prior to entering into a contract.

Requests are kept for up to 24 months and uploaded photos for up to 12 months. Where a contract exists, statutory retention periods apply.

We do not sell data. Access is limited to our hosting provider and our email service provider, each acting as a processor.

We only set technically necessary cookies (language choice and form protection). Visit statistics are kept in-house, without cookies and without storing the IP address in clear text.
